Return & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our products! We encourage you to review our return and cancellation policies carefully.Cancellations are not accepted, except in the unlikely event of an oversight from our end.We sincerely encourage our valued customers to review their cart and order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
If the product is disliked by the customer it is not eligible for exchange .
1. Damaged Products
We understand that occasional concerns may occur, and we are committed to resolving them efficiently.
Eligibility for Returns:
- A return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- A mandatory unboxing video is required to process any return related to product damage. Please record the unboxing from start to finish, clearly showing the product's condition upon arrival.
- The returned product must reach us within 7 days after the return request has been approved.
Defects Covered Under Return:
- Tear in the saree.
- Incorrect length (different from the stated measurement).
- Missing blouse piece (if mentioned that a blouse piece is included).
Issues NOT Considered Defects:
- Small knots, bumps, or slubs in threads (natural weaving characteristics).
- Uneven threads connecting the border to the body.
- Minute gaps in motifs.
- Dye bleeding (especially common in power loom sarees).
- Loose threads in Bandhani sarees.
- Minor color mismatches due to device display settings.
Important Notes:
- Items bought during Clearance Sales are non-returnable.
- Slight color variations do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is verified as damaged or defective.
- Pick-up services are not available; please use any reliable courier service to return the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Free items (gifts/promotional products) are not eligible for exchange or return.
Refunds and Exchanges: After receiving and inspecting the returned item (supported by the unboxing video), we will:
- Either issue a refund within 5-7 days to your original payment method or
- Arrange for an exchange, based on your preference.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
2. Order Withdrawal
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch; a cancellation fee of Rs. 100/- applies.
- Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, cancellation is not permitted.
3. Color Disclaimer
While we strive to capture product colors as accurately as possible:
- The actual product color may vary slightly due to screen settings, browser differences, and lighting conditions.
- Color perception can vary from person to person.
- For better clarity, we recommend viewing our videos and additional images posted on our Instagram page.
- Strictly no returns or exchanges are accepted due to color differences.
4. Important Reminder
We retain the right to reject returns if:
- The specified return conditions are not met.
- The mandatory unboxing video is not provided.
- Lastly the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all.Repetitive exchange requests shall not be entertained.
